Who can use FoilKlub

You must meet applicable legal age requirements and the age requirements of the sign-in provider used to access member features. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to your authentication account secure.

Community expectations

Be respectful, honest, and considerate of other riders and the communities where we share the water. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, spam, scams, unlawful material, misleading claims, someone else’s private information without permission, or content that violates another person’s rights.

Respect local access rules, environmental protections, cultural sensitivity, and requests to avoid exposing sensitive or crowded locations.

Posts, photographs, and other content

You retain ownership of content you create, but by submitting it to FoilKlub you allow FoilKlub to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as reasonably needed to operate, share, and promote the relevant website content. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to post photographs, text, and other material. Public content may be indexed, linked, copied, or shared by other people.

Marketplace transactions

FoilKlub provides a place for riders to connect; it is not the buyer, seller, payment processor, shipping provider, or guarantor of any listing. Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking equipment condition and compatibility, confirming ownership, negotiating price, arranging payment and pickup, complying with applicable laws and taxes, and resolving any transaction dispute.

Listings should accurately describe the item, asking price, condition, and approximate location. Do not list stolen, prohibited, counterfeit, or misleadingly described items. Meet in a safe public place when practical, verify the other person before sending money, and avoid payment methods or arrangements that appear suspicious.

Seller and member privacy

Visitors who are not signed in cannot view the dedicated seller-contact field or seller name on marketplace listings. Signed-in members may see that information for legitimate listing inquiries and must not use it for spam, harassment, unrelated marketing, or unauthorized redistribution. Information included in public posts or listing descriptions is not protected by this member-only access control.

Ocean safety and equipment information

Foiling and other ocean activities carry serious risks. Conditions, forecasts, local advice, routes, equipment suggestions, and calculator results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for you. Evaluate conditions independently, follow local rules, use appropriate safety equipment, understand your ability level, and seek qualified instruction when needed. FoilKlub content and tools are informational and are not professional instruction or a guarantee of safety.

Moderation and availability

FoilKlub may review, remove, restrict, or decline content or access when reasonably necessary to maintain safety, enforce these terms, protect the community, or comply with legal obligations. Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. The website and its content are provided as available without guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, listing quality, or successful transactions.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FoilKlub and its operator are not responsible for losses arising from user content, user-to-user transactions, third-party services, equipment decisions, ocean conditions, or participation in water activities. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy and updates

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the community evolves, and the date above identifies the latest revision. For community, moderation, or terms-related questions, contact the FoilKlub site operator through an available FoilKlub community channel.
